** More than one person may be hired for this position. Position Purpose: Provide live or virtual support for members before, during and after their participation with the cooperative. Duties include: Assist members with making payments and billing inquiries Create service orders to repair, connect or disconnect electric services Listen to members' concerns, issues and questions Resolve members' concerns and questions about electric services or energy solutions Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to members' concerns or complaints Open new member accounts Enhance member experience by promoting cooperative difference positively, answering questio
