This is a three-year contract. The salary range for this 100% appointment is $85,000 – $95,000. Job Summary:
The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder seeks a full-time Assistant Teaching Professor (non-tenure-track) beginning August 2025. The Division of Organizational Leadership and Information Analytics within the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder seeks an assistant teaching professor to teach undergraduate, and possibly graduate, management, leadership, human resources and organizational behavior courses.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in organizational behavior, human resources, and related areas such as personnel selection, training and development, and organizational development.
Incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into course materials and classroom discussions.
Engage in mentoring students, advising them on both academic and professional development.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum, aligning with the Leeds School’s strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners on research, program development, and community outreach.
Teaching professors typically teach seven classes a year and engage in service activities.

What We Require:
Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in a relevant field, such as management, leadership, or organizational behavior.
Demonstrated ability to teach management, leadership, negotiation, teamwork, and organizational behavior in an applied context.
Experience teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
Experience in innovative teaching approaches.
Experience and willingness to work with a team of instructors.
Preferred Qualifications
D. or equivalent in a relevant field, such as management, leadership, or organizational behavior.
More than three years experience teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
Experience in teaching and utilizing AI concepts and tools
Experience in Hybrid and On-Line Teaching Environments
Demonstrated experience in fostering an inclusive academic environment
Experience in curriculum and programmatic development
Ability to teach additional business topics and/or courses
