Key Responsibilities
Membership Growth & Strategic Sales
Develop and execute refined, data-driven sales strategies to attract members, from global brands to innovative corporations and professional services.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve rapid membership growth.
Leverage your expertise with CRM platforms, including HubSpot, to identify, nurture, and convert high-value leads into members who align with the district’s exclusive standards.
Serve as an ambassador for The Magnificent Mile, fostering strategic partnerships that enhance the district’s prestige and influence.
Member Engagement & Elevated Experiences
Represent the Association with grace and professionalism at premier events, private receptions, and curated gatherings.
Ensure members enjoy bespoke engagement opportunities, tailored sponsorship options, and exclusive access to the district’s unparalleled resources.
Curate member-driven experiences that reflect the sophistication and global appeal of The Magnificent Mile, reinforcing its status as Chicago’s high street.
Sales Strategy & Performance Excellence
Establish and exceed ambitious membership and sponsorship goals, guided by precision and attention to detail.
Utilize CRM systems to deliver real-time reporting on sales activity, membership growth, and strategic insights, reflecting the highest level of accountability and excellence.
Collaborate with Association leadership to align membership strategies with the district’s role as an international destination.
High-Impact Collaboration & Visionary Leadership
Work alongside business leaders to shape the future of The Magnificent Mile as a global epicenter of luxury, innovation, and influence.
This individual will collaborate closely with Committee Chairs to achieve membership-driven goals and will take a lead role in hosting exclusive member events that foster engagement and strengthen connections.
Build meaningful relationships with members, positioning the Association as their trusted partner in achieving shared success.
Lead with vision, uniting people and ideas to enhance The Magnificent Mile's legacy of excellence and solidify its position as Chicago's crown jewel for generations to come.

Qualifications
Proven experience?in high-end sales, business development, or membership management, ideally with global brands or upscale environments.
Expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), with a polished approach to lead generation and management.
Proficient in presentation development and sales positioning.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a refined ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and global influencers.
