The University at Albany Department of Athletics is seeking an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. Primary responsibilities will include: •Working directly with the following teams: Men’s basketball, women’s volleyball and track & field. •Designing and implementing periodized, evidence-based, sport specific programs for all teams. •Assessing and evaluating each athlete's movement and programming individual needs to improve physical development, help reduce injuries and enhance athletic performance. •Current knowledge of the latest trends and technology to track student-athlete progress. •Adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulations of the university, conference affiliates and the NCAA. •Performing administrative duties as assigned
