Information Technology Services Client Support Technician

You would be joining a team in our Gillette location whose purpose is to provide an exceptional team experience in the use of technology across the cooperative with specific focus on deploying, maintaining, supporting and securing devices, software and conferencing environments.

Skills and abilities that are required to perform this position successfully:

• Experience with end-user support both remote and in person
• Expertise in Microsoft Windows Domain and Office 365 environments
• Expertise in PC, Tablet, Cell Phone diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint
• Exceptional Customer Service mindset

Skills and abilities in these areas are highly preferred to make an impact quickly:

• CompTIA A+, ITF+, Network+, etc or similar certifications
• Fundamental working knowledge of Active Directory
• Fundamental working knowledge of Networking concepts
• Dell KACE (K1000/K2000) experience
• Ability to deliver technical training

Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical
school; or six months to one-year related work experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
B. Advanced experience with and knowledge of Microsoft products, primarily
Windows and Office is very desirable. Experience with networking
mediums, protocols and services such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, firewalls, IP
routing and wireless networking are important. Knowledge and experience
with Unix and Linux are a plus.
