This role focuses on implementing and optimizing energy efficiency initiatives while also developing and managing DR programs such as demand response, distributed generation, and battery storage.

Minimum Job Specifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a technical or energy-related field
2. 1-5 years experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or related fields
3. Strong project management and organizational skills
4. Familiarity with energy efficiency technologies (e.g., insulation, high-performance windows, HVAC systems)
5. Understanding of DER technologies include rooftop solar and demand response
6. Good oral and written communication skills
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
