The Position The Director of Engineering leads the Engineering Department, including directing professional engineering and administrative work related to engineering, traffic engineering, development, construction, utilities, and environmental compliance. The Director promotes the City’s goals and priorities, vision, values, and the “Yuma Way.” The Director serves as an expert advisor and provides advice and counsel to City leadership.
