RESPONSIBILIES AND AUTHORITIES -Responsible for overall payroll function of the cooperative -Process bi-weekly payroll -Ensure accurate and timely completion, filling and payment of all payroll related taxes -Process payments of taxes and fees to appropriate agencies -Assist with month-end closing procedures -Assist with preparation of monthly board reports -Assist with preparation of annual financial budget -Compile data and prepare various financial reports as needed -General ledger reconciliations -Bank reconciliations -Prepare and post journal entries as needed -Prepare accounts receivable statements.  Review account balances and ensure payments are received; send additional invoices as applicable
