Great Lakes Energy is searching for an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our senior management team. As a not-for-profit cooperative utility serving northern and western Michigan, GLE seeks to empower and enrich our members' lives with reliable electric and high-speed fiber internet service. The Director will lead our HR team to develop and ensure effective implementation of plans, systems, policies and processes for labor relations, talent acquisition and development, legal compliance, total rewards (compensation and benefits), and employee engagement. Our successful candidate will collaborate with the management team to build consensus and commitment toward shared business objectives and outcomes to
