Job summary Performs financial and administrative tasks related to the day-to-day operations of billing and collections.  Acts as an advisor to students and families in regards to financial planning. Summary of essential job functions: Advise students and families with financial planning throughout the year as needed. Oversee student refunds, which may include (but not limited too) refund entry and responding to refund questions. Review/analyze monthly student accounts receivable statements to check for billing and other errors. Oversees the allocation and disbursement of student deposits.
