JOB SUMMARY: The Director must be a high-energy, engaging, and creative team player that will lead a team of educational recruiters, outreach specialists, and admission office personnel. The Director is responsible for student recruitment planning for both in-person, on-line programs, outreach activity, and office management. The Director will supervise the admissions and recruitment team, maintain and improve office systems; address technology needs; establish departmental goals and institutional objectives for timely quality/customer service; develop and implement, in collaboration with faculty, administration and staff, ambitious, comprehensive recruitment and marketing strategies to achieve the College's student enrollment.
