The Director of Auxiliary Programming at Smith Street Arts et Lettres reports directly to the Head of School. S/he develops and supervises the summer and after school program at the school to provide exploratory learning and academic enrichment courses and activities. S/he will seek to increase the school’s visibility with prospective full-time students, peer institutions, and other organizations in the wider community.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop, market, schedule, and oversee both the entire after school and summer camp operation, including academic, extra-curricular, athletic, and off-campus ac
