Position Purpose: The Energy Solutions Specialist will be a key part of a growing initiative that delivers value to the Cooperative membership through programs and services aligned with our Brighter Future roadmap. This position will provide thorough service to residential and commercial members relating to energy efficiency and conservation programs. Essential Functions: Elevate member experience with education and assistance regarding energy usage and energy efficiency. Work on projects related to integrated distribution planning, distributed energy resource (DER), and program development (solar, non-solar distributed generation, electric vehicles, battery storage, demand response, and energy efficiency). P
