An exciting and new opportunity has opened up to join our APAC Bloomberg Product Oversight (BPO) team. Our team dives deep into the very roots of our clients' workflow to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business. We align our clients' workflow and data consumption with the appropriate contractual framework and Bloomberg offering, protecting both our clients and our organisation. Using both a consultative and analytical approach, we examine client data workflows, content licensing frameworks, and strategic initiatives working closely across all internal lines of business. With such close proximity to our clients, we're at the forefront of being able to understand business and product gaps, providing these insights to our management to better improve our offerings.

What's the role? You will be proactively analyzing existing client profiles, in particular Desktop API usage, to understand our clients' workflow and ensure suitable use of our product offerings, while also mitigating business risks. Using a highly consultative approach, you'll engage in a transparent manner with a wide variety of individuals, including but not limited to end-users, senior market data managers, C-level executives, as well as internal partners.
We'll trust you to:
Speak with existing clients on a daily basis to understand their workflows and how they consume our data and/or content, to ensure suitable use of our product offerings
Identify gaps in our product offering and provide feedback to management or product managers to further enhance our product suite
Use your foundational understanding of financial markets and key market players, to effectively consult and partner with our clients
Use your client knowledge to develop and execute on projects, including working with peers and product owners globally
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or degree-equivalent qualifications
Minimum 1.5 years of experience working in a Financial Services or Financial Technology company
Fluency in Mandarin or Korean (Reading/Writing/Speaking) to provide localized support to clients, in addition to English
Demonstrated experience in a role that has interacted with external customers on a daily basis, such as a customer support or sales role
Demonstrable understanding of our clients' workflows including the ability to evaluate and understand complex workflow solutions
Experience achieving a desired outcome through partnering with stakeholders and influencing appropriately
A flexible and adaptable approach and a willingness to partner with others to get stuff done
The ambition to take ownership and responsibility of issues and handle them effectively through to resolution
An interest developing knowledge and key skills in both the audit and compliance space
Demonstrated continuous progression within an organisation
