Great River Energy is currently looking for a senior level benefits and retirement partner who will provide services and expertise to all Great River Energy (GRE) employees and be part of our progressive human resources team. This position will participate in research, analysis, design/development, implementation, maintenance and administration of all benefits and retirement functions, practices and programs that support the achievement of the corporate strategic imperatives.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing open enrollment, benefits and retirement compliance, well-being communication and educational initiatives, administration of the qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, financial well-being and advice programs, etc.

Qualifications:
Knowledge typically acquired through a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field and a minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience in benefits and retirement with a focus on administration, design, research and development, and compliance. Certified Benefit Professional and/or Certified Retirement Professional designation is a plus.
