CATS Academy Boston is an international high school (grades 8-12) located on a stunning campus just outside of Boston in the city of Braintree, MA. Over 90% of our students are international students from all over the world, and the majority live on campus.
Our Residential Life program has such an important part to play in the transformational journey all of our students take while at CATS Academy, and the pillars of this program are our House Parents.
Through the support and guidance of their House Parents, our students leave CATS Academy equipped with the skills they need to succeed at college and beyond.
We are looking for House Parents to join the CATS Community with board and lodging provided on campus.

You must care about and enjoy interacting with young adults. You must also be aware that you have a great responsibility, as parents have entrusted you with ensuring their child's safety.
You must have confidence in yourself to make the right decisions when working with students and also know when to step back and call for the Administer on Duty for assistance.
You must be a high-energy person, accepting that students will make mistakes and need firm, fair, and consistent supervision while in your care.
You must have the appropriate interpersonal skills to interact with parents/guardians who may have a language barrier or be emotionally upset when contacting you about their son or daughter.
You have experience working with youth in a boarding setting.
You take care of your surroundings, helping create a comfortable and safe atmosphere for the community living in your dorm.
You must pass a criminal and background check and have a valid driver’s license.
