Overview Project/Program Management - Key member of an exciting team leading the operational readiness of the Digital Asset Custody program as well as other initiatives tied to Digital Asset for the Enterprise Utility functions (Contracts, KYC, Account, Billing, Tax, Screening). The team is responsible for end-to-end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation.Serves as a liaison between internal clients and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of medium scale projects on time, within budget, and to specification. Manages communication with the business at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues. Manages client expectations and ensures project delivery is in conformance with company methodologies. Provides guidance on business and technical subject matter to associates. Conducts status meetings and facilitates risk mitigation and resolution of more complex issues. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.Recommends enhancements to project management tools/techniques and company methodologies. Responsible for the achievement of multiple team goals and objectives.
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred. Project Management experience preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred.
