Scope of the RoleThe Risk Services Analyst (RSA) is responsible for assisting with and maintaining an enterprise risk management program to minimize the negative effects of risks on company business objectives. The RSA will provide support to the Manager of Enterprise Risk Services for identifying, analyzing, and reporting risks to the Internal Risk Management & Compliance Committee and Board of Directors. The RSA will integrate the Enterprise Risk Management program with various other programs across the organization through cross-functional collaboration. The Risk Services Analyst also has key responsibilities for the Golden Spread Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Decision Analysis (DA) and Decision Quality (DQ) programs.
