POSITION OBJECTIVES The major responsibility of the position is to work at the intersection of our constituents (students, employees, parents, and trustees) to promote a culture of belonging, inclusion, and well-being. The Director of Belonging and Inclusion evaluates the School’s community and culture and calibrates it with our expressed values of wisdom, honor, service and our mission as an inclusive Episcopal community.
